Well on my tablet pen theres this button which i use to pick up the colour in areas the pen is hovering over instead of using the colour picker tool (or whatever its called) Aha makes it so much faster. And other than that its just a mixture of overlaying with new layers etc.. and then maybe if needed, a slight colour edit in PS after ^^
